Come and invite others to First Church to celebrate the birth of Jesus! With an array of service times across two days, we are hopeful you will make plans to join us onsite or online. The candlelight Christmas worship service is one of the highlights of the year for us and many of you! Christmas at First Church will also include other memorable moments. what to expect

Worship at First Church is special each week, but Christmas worship brings a familiarity that connects everyone in the room in a powerful way.
All will be welcome to take communion to remember the sacrifice Christ made for us.
Together we will experience the final sermon in our Christmas series, "Hope Has a Name," by Lead Minister, Chad Broaddus.
Service will include a time of candlelight worship. Both adults and children are encouraged to hold candles during this special time.
Christmas is a family-style service, so kids ages kindergarten and older are invited with their families in the Main Worship Center. We will have optional activity bags for kids in K-5th grades to enjoy!
First Years is our ministry for babies through Pre-K. Programming with our wonderful First Years leaders is available for little ones during each of the five Christmas worship services on Dec. 23 & 24.
After service, enjoy complimentary hot beverages and Christmas treats from our First Church Café!
Take time to visit a festive photo op area! Our volunteers will help you commemorate Christmas 2024 by snapping a special photo with your phone of you and your loved ones in front of beautifully decorated trees.
We are excited to also offer camel encounters and photograph opportunities! We hope good conversation with your kids will happen after they get an up-close experience with the animals like The Wise Men rode to Bethlehem to meet the Savior of the world 2000+ years ago.
Our friendly and fun Shuttle Team drivers offer rides to and from our parking lots in any weather! If you find our lots full, alternate parking is available at Bailey Medical Center as well as the dialysis center behind First Church.
We have an awesome online worship community! If you cannot attend onsite, join us online Dec. 24 for one of the live worship services or catch the rebroadcast online Christmas Eve at 7PM. We will also have on-demand streaming of the service starting Christmas Day. Share the link with others and let them receive the message of HOPE this Christmas with you!
Ready to check out First Church in person? Inviting someone? The link below helps us give first-time guests VIP treatment! For families with children, filling out the form early will make check-in a breeze on Christmas Eve!

LOVE 918

Christmas is a time for celebrating Jesus' arrival and for sharing the JOY of Heaven with the 918.
This season, we enjoyed spreading love to others through the Angel Tree for the Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC). Each year, our families shop for children of parent(s) who are served by PRC. First Church started the PRC decades ago as a ministry to provide care, support, and much more for expectant mothers and soon-to-be fathers. The PRC has grown and grown. In 2007, it became its own not-for-profit organization and First Church remains a supportive partner.
The annual Love918 Christmas Meals outreach program is a favorite for First Church. Hundreds of First Church volunteers will pack and deliver meals to almost 250 families the weekend before Christmas. Last year, 3,500+ food items were packed and delivered to 181 local families. We value the connections we make and the prayers we are able to share with our neighbors in the 918 through our Christmas Meals.
