First Church has a heart for supporting families who take the step of faith to travel abroad on a semi-permanent basis, to take the gospel of Jesus Christ outside their homes, their states, and even their continents. It goes hand in hand with our Core Values to be a Kingdom-Minded church, and to Raise Up Godly Leaders. These families have heard the call to honor the Great Commission in this way and it is essential for living out the mission Christ imparted on us to support such efforts.
