Succeed at What Doesn't Matter

Let’s face it, we tend to mess up what God intended for our good. Ecclesiastes 7:29 states, “God created people to be virtuous, but they have each turned to follow their own downward path” (NLT). That’s the story of Solomon in the Old Testament. God richly blessed Solomon, but over time Solomon took his eyes off God and became obsessed with what this world had to offer him. As a result, Solomon wrecked his life. His book, Ecclesiastes, warns us not to make the same mistakes he made. As we study it, we’ll see how to live life God’s way, with true meaning and purpose.
